Founder and CEO of RDF Marks 65th birthday, launches coffee table book

Avenueeatanddrink | Founder and CEO of RDF Marks 65th birthday, launches coffee table book | “I am only a steward of God’s blessings,” was the message of the Founder and CEO of RDF Feed Livestock & Foods, Inc. to his guests on his 65^th birthday celebration on April 23, 2024, which was held at Grand Palazzo Royale in Angeles City.

The milestone event was attended by family members, high school and college classmates, friends, employees and business associates including officers of the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce (PAMCHAM), where Dr. Lo is one of the Board of Directors.

With the theme, “Let’s Play,” guests participated in various traditional Pinoy games like sipa, yoyo and plastic balloon that Dr. Lo grew up with, a way to bring back fond memories of his childhood years.

The evening was a celebration of both the years and the life of Dr. Lo and he was honored with a storybook about his life, “The Unwavering Doc Robert.”  His love for his parents and family and his passion for work are truly admirable. He has persevered and found success. And despite all the accolades he has received, he remains humble. 

To cap off the night, Dr. Lo launched a coffee table book, “Pimamanan: A Taste of Pampanga’s 65 Heirloom Dishes,” which he published. His love for Pampanga’s culinary landscape is more than just an appreciation for its delicious fare; it’s a mission to protect a heritage at risk of being lost in the modern culinary world. Pimamanan is his love letter to Pampanga’s culinary soul.
